Suitable for everyone, easy, safe, and guaranteeing consistent quality at a lower cost

Utmost flexibility, outstanding production output, and consistent quality: the three main features of B&T White’s robotized glazing line. The range of configurations available covers every single application possible: 2-position or 4-position stations, stand-alone or inline, and ready to be integrated with the automatic handling and storage system B&T L.A.M.P.

You can upgrade the line with a vision system that automatically recognizes the workpiece and automatically optimizes the glazing programs.

user friendliness - green technology - efficiency

Green Technology

•Optimized glaze consumption

•Maximum over-spray recovery

•Health & Safety

• Possible use of both point-to-point and teach-in robots. The state-of-the-art user interface allows you to control the whole line at various authorization levels and access the product database.

Robot programming through teach-in system or off-line programming.

User-Friendliness

•BST Programming System®

•Direct self-teaching system

•Point-to-Point system

•Boosted Self Teaching (BST) software

Efficiency

•Increased first-choice rate

•Highest quality Robot

•Tailored Glazing Cell to fit costumer’s requirements

Off-line software environment: it allows you to program the glazing cycles starting from the 3D models of the workpieces, setting the robot's trajectory and simulating the glaze application.

•You can correct the programs created off-line on the robots and optimize the programs designed with the teach-in method.

Glaze feeding and batching system made up of a mass flow meter and screw pump, controlled by an inverter to guarantee the utmost precision.
